Message it is a low-profile, rolling, adjustable, lockable hydraulic jack that fits between the lift rails like a tray, but is rolled to where you need to lift the car. You position the adjustable arms on the frame rails and lift and lock it when it's in position. It is much easier, safer and beefier than jack stands.

We got two from my work for Mixman's lift, we haven't used a jack stand since:
